Welcome to Pei Wang's homepage
My name is Pei Wang. I was born in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei province and one of the six biggest cities in China.
I had my undergraduate study in Peking University (Beijing, China), and received my B.S. on Math in July 2000.
I continued my graduate study in department of Statistics, Stanford University. My advisor is Prof. Robert Tibshirani. I received my Ph.D. degree in Sep 2004.
Then, I have been a postdoc fellow with Dr. Hua Tang for a year in Fred Huchinson Cancer Research center.
In Nov 2005, I was appointed as an Assistant Member in the program of Cancer Prevention, Division of Public Health Science, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research. In Jan 2007, I received the Affiliate Assistant Professor appointment from the department of Biostatistics, University of Washington.
